Firstsitenews-Popular Nigerian DJ and philanthropist, DJ Cuppy, has shared an empowering message for women over 30 who may be feeling societal pressure over being single.
In a heartfelt video now making rounds on social media, the 31-year-old entertainer reflected on her own life experiences and offered words of reassurance, drawing strength from her faith.
Florence Ifeoluwa Otedola, better known as DJ Cuppy, encouraged women to find fulfillment in themselves rather than defining their worth through romantic relationships.
“I was just thinking about how I’m probably not the only one going through this,” she said. “I like to call it a ‘season of solidarity,’ where many of my accomplishments and values don’t come from a romantic partner.”
Cuppy urged single women not to see themselves as lacking or incomplete, but instead to trust in God’s perfect timing. She referenced Isaiah 54:5, saying: “Your real husband is the one who created you — the Lord of all the earth. If something feels missing in your life, remember that God fills every gap and will never abandon you.”
Concluding her message with encouragement, she said, “While you wait, trust that the right person will come at the right time. And as I’ve learned, what is truly meant for you will never pass you by.”
