How My 22-Year-Old Brother Vanished After a Bolt Ride — Elder Brother, Jeremiah Olusola Speaks

Firstsitenews-Jeremiah Olusola, a 27-year-old architect, has been thrown into a state of anguish following the mysterious disappearance of his younger brother, James Olusola, a 400-level Computer Science student at the University of Lagos. In an emotional interview with Punch, Jeremiah opened up about the family's search for answers and the growing fear of the unknown.

“I’m James’ elder brother,” Jeremiah began. “We were both in Ondo State earlier this year. From January to March, he stayed at home with me before heading back to school in Lagos.”

Although they currently reside in Ondo State, the family is originally from Ekiti State.

James, who will turn 22 in November 2025, was described by his brother as tall—about six feet—with a slim build, a full head of hair, and usually seen wearing prescription glasses. His style, Jeremiah noted, was generally casual and relaxed.

When asked about James’ health, Jeremiah was quick to clarify: “He has no medical issues whatsoever. He’s always been healthy, both physically and mentally.”

There were also no warning signs or unusual behavior leading up to his disappearance, he added. “During our time together from January to March, everything about him was normal. We were close, and I didn’t notice anything out of the ordinary in his behavior.”

Reflecting on their time together, Jeremiah noted that James often spoke about school, his future ambitions in tech, and the normal concerns of a young student navigating university life. “He’s a focused young man. He talked a lot about his plans after graduation and his love for tech,” he said.
