However, on Sunday, Apio took to her official X (formerly Twitter) account to put the rumors to rest. In response to a user who shared a photo of the duo and captioned it, “Asake and his girlfriend (Eva Apio),” she firmly denied the relationship, stating, “I was never his girlfriend.”
