Firstsitenews-The exchange rate between the US Dollar (USD) and the Nigerian Naira (NGN) remains unstable in the parallel market.
According to Bureau De Change (BDC) operators, popularly known as Abokis, the dollar is currently bought at ₦1,539 and sold at ₦1,556 across major cities including Lagos, Abuja, and Kano.
Meanwhile, at the official Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) window, the exchange rate stands at ₦1,530.7 per dollar.
